“Twelve significant photographs in any one year is a good crop.”- Ansel Adams
I am a Ph.D candidate at EPFL, Switzerland and I currently hold a Master in Communcation Systems from the same school. I did all my classes in Switzerland, but throughout my studies I have been lucky to discover new environments. For example I spent one year on exchange at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, PA and I did two 6-month internships in the US: in Murray Hill, NJ at Bell Labs and in San Diego, CA at Qualcomm, Inc. During my stays abroad, I used to relate my life on my blog, so that my friends and family can follow me.
Nature and landscape photography
One of my hobbies is photography. I bought my first DSLR in 2009 and since then the passion hasn’t stopped growing! I particularly like photographing nature, landscapes and wildlife. More generally, ‘the wilder the place, the better’! You can find some of my latest pictures in my portfolio as well as on 500px !
